All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental purchases
  • Gift dissatisfaction

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality control seriously, and every product is inspected before shipment.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for a replacement.

Replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear will not qualify.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery
  • Refusal by the customer

The order will not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier to open an investigation.
